  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make liver pancakes with filling? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse the chicken liver in running water. Use soft cottage cheese - it is sold in small jars. Take creamy cottage cheese, without any additives.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grind the chicken liver into a homogeneous mass in the bowl of a chopper.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add eggs, milk and flour to the chopped chicken liver. Pour in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

The finished liver dough will be liquid. The consistency will resemble kefir.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Heat a frying pan until hot. Before the first pancake, add a little vegetable oil to the pan. Pour some batter into the pan and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes over low heat on both sides until browned.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

So cook all the pancakes. I got 7 pieces.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

To prepare the filling, peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Then cover them with a lid and steam the vegetables over low heat for another 8-10 minutes until the carrots become soft. Then cool the vegetable filling.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

For spreading, combine cheese and cottage cheese. Add garlic, passed through a press. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Grease each liver pancake with curd spread and place fried vegetables on one edge. Roll everything into a roll.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

So collect all the pancakes. Ready-made pancakes can be cut into 2-3 parts and served. Bon appetit!

Previously, I only made liver cake from the liver, but when I saw your recipe, I became very interested. I decided to make liver pancakes with filling according to your recipe, but did not add cottage cheese and curd cheese for my own reasons. I did the rest exactly according to the recipe. The liver dough was easy to make, I quickly fried thin pancakes from the liver, I got 8 pieces. At the same time, I fried and steamed the filling in a separate frying pan. For spreading I used 67% mayonnaise. I quickly wrapped all the filled pancakes and cut each one in half, as the author advised. This is incredible!!! The pancakes are so tender and soft, they just melt in your mouth!!! Excellent dish! It's easy to prepare and it's super delicious!!! It’s more convenient to eat than liver cake; you took the pancake with your hands and devoured it with pleasure anywhere, you can even take it with you. And it’s also filling) I’m very grateful to you for such a discovery for me))) I recommend it to everyone!!!

I always cook liver pancakes with different fillings: Korean carrots, stewed vegetables, etc. But with this recipe filled with processed cheese, the pancakes turn out especially delicious!
