Thin pies with potatoes in a frying pan

On soft dough, with unusual filling - a new taste! I make these thin pies with potatoes for first courses instead of bread. They have a very interesting combination: vegetables with cottage cheese. Delicate kefir dough and a juicier filling compared to other potato pies!

Today I baked thin pies with potatoes in a frying pan. For the dough I used not kefir, but stagnant, sour milk. I didn’t know whether soda would react with it, but it foamed up no worse than when interacting with kefir. I first heated the milk in the microwave. The dough turned out not sticky, pliable, after it had been lying there it was very convenient to work with, I practically did not dust the work surface with flour. I made the filling from potatoes, cottage cheese and parsley. I added salt and pepper. I made the pies as described in the recipe. They turned out very tasty, golden brown, and the filling was simply magnificent; the cottage cheese gave the potatoes a light, pleasant sourness. Me and the whole family really enjoyed it. I will make these pies again! Thanks for the recipe!
