Since childhood, the aromas wafting from my grandmother’s kitchen live in my memory: crispy pie, boiled potatoes and aromatic borscht. The family always gathered around the table, and that's where I absorbed the magic of cooking. Later, while traveling around the world, I was inspired by the vibrant flavors of Indian spices, Italian herbs and Japanese rice. My passion is to show that anyone can cook.
