Only I didn’t have green onions, I replaced them with chopped parsley. I also like pancakes with onions. I used a little less flour, I have it of the first grade. I forgot to add soda, but I think it turned out well without it too. The “pies” turned out lush and plump. The filling fits perfectly into this dish. This is exactly what is for the lazy and definitely always delicious, thank you for reminding me)) There are a couple of secrets for such pies: you need to pour a couple of tablespoons of water into kefir and heat the mixture to 50°, then they will not settle and will be fluffy even after a day, mix eggs and seasonings separately, mix into heated kefir, and add soda before the oil, after the flour. Well, don’t mix the finished dough, but carefully form lumps with two spoons and place them in the pan.
