How to make lazy PP khachapuri in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Use low-fat cottage cheese and milk to reduce the calorie content of the dish. Eggs category C1. You can also use regular wheat flour, the calorie content will not change much.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat the eggs into a bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Pour milk into the eggs, whisk everything together with a whisk.

  4. STEP 4

    Add cottage cheese, stir again.

  5. STEP 5

Today for breakfast I prepared lazy PP khachapuri in a frying pan. This is a great quick recipe. All the ingredients just need to be combined, mixed and fried. For the dough, I also took rice flour, which I needed 10 g more. I looked at the consistency of the dough. I had regular hard cheese, I grated it on a coarse grater. Cottage cheese wet 9%. Khachapuri was fried covered in a pancake pan with a non-stick coating. I waited until it was golden brown and turned it over. I turned it over using the same lid over the sink to prevent any remaining oil from getting onto the stove. Khachapuri turns over very easily, nothing sticks to the bottom. This cottage cheese flatbread was enough for three people. Everyone was left full and happy. My son dipped the pieces in ketchup. Khachapupi is very tasty and very cheesy! It is best eaten hot while the cheese is melted. Despite the fact that this is a PP dish, it is filling and nutritious. Thanks for the recipe!
