Pour the flakes into the blender bowl and grind at low speed into coarse crumbs, but not into flour - this will only take 30 seconds.

    You can not grind oatmeal first, but simply soak it in milk and egg and leave it to swell for 5-7 minutes. This option is suitable for those who do not like to use kitchen appliances too much. In a convenient bowl, mix half of the prepared ingredients for one oatmeal pancake: one and a half tablespoons of crumbs, one egg, 15 ml of milk (2 tablespoons) and a pinch of salt.
