Vegetable stew with chicken

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry until golden brown, add salt. Transfer to a large thick-bottomed saucepan or cauldron (I have 5.5 liters). Place half of the onion cut into half rings. Sprinkle with spices.
STEP 2

Fry the remaining onions in the pan where the chicken was fried.
STEP 3

Coarsely chop the carrots and place them in a layer on top of the onions.
STEP 4

Place coarsely chopped potatoes. If the potatoes are not large, you can use them whole.
STEP 5

Season with spices, add chopped garlic and herbs.
STEP 6

Spread the fried onion.
STEP 7

A layer of coarsely chopped pepper.
STEP 8

Tomatoes in circles.
STEP 9

Sprinkle with spices. Add greens and garlic.
STEP 10

Chop the cabbage coarsely, add salt, add soy sauce and spices. Place in a thick layer on top. Don't let it bother you that everything sticks out of the pan. During languor everything will settle down.
STEP 11

Covered with a lid. Turn on the lowest heat and forget about it for 2-3 hours. The time depends on the volume of products. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH ANYTHING! Stir when everything is ready. At the end we taste it, adjust it to taste and serve it in a deep dish, sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
