    We wash, cut the peppers in half so that the tails remain and remove seeds and membranes. Then blanch in boiling water for about 3 minutes and cool.

    Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, remove the skin, then cut into cubes. We also cut the mushrooms and poultry fillets into cubes.

    Grind onion, garlic, dill and parsley in a blender.
