Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots. Sauté vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

In a bowl, combine minced meat, rice, and roast. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Cut off the tops of the peppers, remove seeds and wash thoroughly.

Stuff the peppers with minced meat and place them tightly in the multicooker bowl.
STEP 8
In a glass, mix tomato paste, sour cream and a little water - this will be the sauce. Pour this sauce over the peppers.
STEP 9
Then fill the peppers with water so that it just covers them. If you want, you can add a little salt on top, I didn’t add salt - the spices and flavor from the sauce were enough for me. Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, select the “stew” program for 45 minutes. The time depends on the models of your multicookers. Be guided by your assistants). When the program ends, do not open the lid, but let the dish stand for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed on the “warm up” program.
