  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Let's prepare the products.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the rice several times until the water is clear. Boil until half cooked.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

If the minced meat is already prepared, skip this step)) I have fillet - you need to put it through a meat grinder.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots. Sauté vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a bowl, combine minced meat, rice, and roast. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Cut off the tops of the peppers, remove seeds and wash thoroughly.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Stuff the peppers with minced meat and place them tightly in the multicooker bowl.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

In a glass, mix tomato paste, sour cream and a little water - this will be the sauce. Pour this sauce over the peppers.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Then fill the peppers with water so that it just covers them. If you want, you can add a little salt on top, I didn’t add salt - the spices and flavor from the sauce were enough for me. Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, select the “stew” program for 45 minutes. The time depends on the models of your multicookers. Be guided by your assistants). When the program ends, do not open the lid, but let the dish stand for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed on the “warm up” program.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Here are our aromatic stuffed peppers, cooked in a slow cooker, ready. Serve with sour cream)) Bon appetit!

Angel, what delicious peppers mmm...simply lovely! When I peel the peppers from the tails, I simply press with my thumb at the base, as if pushing them inside until they break, and then take them out by pulling the tail. In this state, the filling does not fall out, even if they are placed horizontally in the pan. Thank you for such a delicious treat!

Stuffed pepper....whatever I stuffed it with! But so.....definitely not, but it’s an interesting combination. Thanks for the idea! It was also interesting, and most importantly useful, to learn how to properly peel peppers. Thanks for that too!

Every day I never get tired of enjoying the site - I’m sure to find a dish that I love and almost everything for it is available! This time there is no multicooker (nowhere to put it!), but I cook it in an air fryer, cover it with foil first, and open it at the end. I pulled the breast out of the freezer - it’s hot at home, it will defrost quickly... Thanks for the timely reminder about my favorite stuffed peppers

I made stuffed peppers today, it turned out delicious, but... it ended up being soup. Rice soup with peppers)) Please tell me the secrets. How to make sure the filling doesn't fall apart? What could I have done wrong?
