    Place the cream into the cavity in the dough, smooth it out. The dough must cool completely, otherwise the butter contained in the cream will melt and flow.

    For the filling, wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them into quarters, small berries into halves.

    Place strawberries on top of the cream. Sprinkle almond petals on top. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Then cover the pie with foil and bake for another 20 minutes at 150°C. Cool the finished pie and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table. Bon appetit!

The recipe is not suitable for me, or rather the cream is made from butter, it is greasy and makes it harder for the stomach to digest, everything was done exactly according to the recipe. It is better to replace the butter with sour cream
