Snack rolls with chicken and fish

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We start preparing our appetizer by preparing the sauce, for this we put 2 tablespoons in a bowl. mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cream cheese and 1 tbsp. pesto sauce, mix everything well until smooth.
STEP 2

Cut cherry tomatoes into thin slices.
STEP 3

Cut the olives into thin slices.
STEP 4

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
STEP 5

We cut the chum salmon into thin slices, which in turn are cut into thin strips.
STEP 6

Finely chop the lettuce leaves.
STEP 7

Grate 2 chicken eggs on a fine grater.
STEP 8

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 9

Lay out 2 tablespoons. sauce onto the pita bread and spread it evenly with a spatula in a thin layer over the entire flatbread.
STEP 10

Spread lettuce leaves evenly on top of the sauce.
STEP 11

Place cherry tomatoes, chicken and olives evenly on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
STEP 12

We wrap the pita bread with filling very tightly and carefully into a roll, which we put in a plastic bag and preferably put in the refrigerator for an hour.
STEP 13

We assemble the second roll according to the same principle as the first, only we replace the chicken with fish and the tomatoes with a grated chicken egg.
STEP 14

Add grated cheese on top and wrap tightly in a roll, which we also put in the refrigerator for one hour.
STEP 15

We take the rolls out of the refrigerator and cut them into small portions. We cook deliciously, we cook simply, we prepare fish and meat snacks at home together!
