I really like to cook dishes using lavash. I have already prepared a lot of such dishes according to recipes from our website, and some more such recipes are waiting for their turn in KK. Such dishes are prepared quickly, and the result is simply magnificent! And scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese are no exception. I didn't have a whole pita bread to cut out circles for the frying pan, I just had small square pieces. Therefore, I laid out the base for the scrambled eggs from pieces, and also covered the top of the eggs in the same way. I took, like the author, 4 eggs. To the eggs, in addition to hard cheese, I added some greens and cherry tomatoes, cut in half. I didn’t turn the scrambled eggs, since the base was made from pieces of pita bread, I just finished cooking them under the lid. I was sure that it would be very good, and I was not mistaken))) The omelette turned out juicy, very tasty, the pita bread became soft and perfectly complemented the dish. Fast, simple and delicious!
