Salad with tuna, green beans and omelette
With this salad you won't be afraid of any unexpected guests! This is one of my favorite salads. It turns out very bright, juicy, and is prepared very easily and, most importantly, quickly.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 15 mins
STEP 1
Ingredients for salad.
STEP 2
Ingredients for the sauce.
STEP 3
Chop the garlic clove and herbs. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and lightly whisk.
STEP 4
Cut the green beans into pieces 3 cm long and blanch in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Place the beans in a sieve and immediately plunge into cold water.
STEP 5
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the onion into rings.
STEP 6
Mix the egg with water, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat with a fork.
STEP 7
In a hot frying pan, fry 1-2 thin egg pancakes (I got 1). Cut into thin strips.
STEP 8
Place lettuce leaves on a plate.
STEP 9
Add bell pepper and beans.
STEP 10
Place tuna, omelette and onion rings. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Bon appetit!

I recommend this salad to everyone who wants to surprise guests and feed delicious food (or not only guests). The salad is very nutritious, the sauce for it is moderately piquant, moderately spicy. Of course, it is better to take canned fish simply in oil so that it does not have additional flavors. Perhaps next time I will make it without garlic, it seemed unnecessary to me, but that’s to my taste. Thanks for the recipe!
