I made a salad with omelette and chicken. I boiled chicken breast, made pancakes from eggs, peeled cucumbers from the harsh skin, and mixed mayonnaise with sour cream for dressing. The salad turned out very tasty, it is so filling and nutritious that it can serve as a full dinner or a hearty breakfast. I will be happy to make this salad again. I recommend cooking it. I love salads with chicken, I haven’t tried to cook them in combination with an omelet, but I think it will be very tasty, especially with some fresh vegetables, cucumber or bell pepper, for juiciness
