    Remove the canned fish from the can and shake off any remaining liquid. If the fish has large bones and spine, which are usually found in large pieces of fish, remove them. Using your hands or a fork, break the tuna into small pieces.

    Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into small cubes. Choose cucumbers that are not limp, but juicy.

    Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel. Next, you can simply cut the eggs into small cubes, mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix. I suggest making a layered salad with a beautiful design. To do this, separate the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the whites with a knife.

    You can immediately grate the yolks on a fine grater into a separate bowl. I prefer to grate the yolks directly onto the salad to keep them fluffy.

    The salad can be formed in a salad bowl (it is best to use a transparent glass one so that all layers are visible). If you want to serve the salad in portions, then bowls, wide glasses or portioned salad bowls are suitable. I formed the salad on a plate using a culinary ring. Place the cucumbers in the first layer and smooth out. Lubricate the cucumbers with mayonnaise.

    Evenly distribute the canned tuna meat on top and also grease it with mayonnaise.

    Spread the crushed whites in the next layer and coat them with mayonnaise. On top of the whites, grate the yolks on a fine grater as the last layer. The salad can be served immediately or refrigerated for 1 hour.

    If you do not plan to serve the salad immediately, then you need to carefully cover it with cling film, being careful not to let the film sag or touch the grated yolks (otherwise the entire layer of yolks will remain on the cling film). This will protect the salad from weathering, as the yolks quickly dry out and darken. Before serving, garnish the salad with cucumber slices and parsley sprigs.

I made a salad with tuna, cucumber and egg according to this recipe. I took a can of canned tuna pieces in its own juice. I chose fresh cucumber. I boiled the eggs in advance and cooled them; I did not separate them into yolks and whites. I ground all the ingredients as described in the recipe. I laid out the salad in layers. I also added boiled potatoes as the first layer. And I put a layer of onions on top of the tuna. Sprinkle all layers with a small layer of ground black pepper. Mayonnaise took 67%. My salad did not infuse. Very simple salad preparation. Looks delicious, smells fragrant. It turned out to be quite a satisfying tuna salad. I always complement my lunch dish with a light salad; this time I decided to make a salad with tuna, cucumber and egg. A minimum of ingredients - a minimum of effort :) For the salad I took one smooth cucumber, a couple of boiled eggs and canned tuna fillet in its own juice, so as not to have to choose fish bones from the can. I washed the cucumber, cut it into cubes, and left a few cucumber slices to decorate the salad. Separate the fish fillet from the liquid and mash it into smaller pieces with a fork. Peeled the eggs, separated the whites from the yolks and grated them on a fine grater. She placed the ring on the dish and began to assemble the salad in layers, coating each layer with mayonnaise. Top the salad with a slice of cucumber, chopped green onions and seeds. The cucumber, tuna and egg salad turned out very tasty, juicy and appetizing. I recommend it for cooking! Now one of my favorite fish salads! The simplest, fastest and certainly the most delicious! Thank you for the recipe! I’ll try it with pickled cucumbers and I also want to experiment and grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater! I would be grateful if someone could tell me how it turns out with grated ones?
