A wonderful salad with canned beans and croutons. Glutton Salad is one of my favorite salads. This salad is both easy to prepare and very tasty. Pickled cucumber and garlic add a pleasant spiciness to the salad, and canned beans add piquancy.

Today I served Obzhorka salad with beans, chicken and croutons. For the salad I opened canned red beans, they look good in salads. I had boiled chicken fillet and took it. And I didn’t make the croutons myself, they complemented the salad perfectly with the store-bought ones, with the taste of boiled pork. I chopped the carrots on a Korean carrot grater and fried them. I cut the onion into quarters of rings, and to remove the bitterness, I poured boiling water over it and kept it for 10 minutes, then put it in a strainer and let the water drain. The result was a tasty, satisfying salad that very quickly disappeared from the table. Everyone liked him!

It turned out to be an amazing salad, it’s an unconventional glutton, it seems less caloric and juicy due to the raw onion half rings, and the garlic added some zest... Now it will be one of my favorites. I recommend the recipe to everyone.
