STEP 1

How to make a “Mystery for Guests” salad with egg pancakes? Prepare your food. You will need boiled chicken breast. Cucumbers - fresh, two short or one long. I use potato starch, you can replace it with corn starch, you will need twice as much. Mayonnaise is used to dress the salad; you can replace it with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
STEP 2

Onions in the salad are not used raw, but fried. How to fry onions? Peel it, then cut it into half rings. Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour oil into it, and add onion. Fry it until lightly browned. There is no need to fry the onion until cooked; it should remain slightly crispy.
STEP 3

Prepare egg pancakes. How to make pancakes? Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add flour, starch and a pinch of salt. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
STEP 4

Heat the frying pan over high heat, lightly grease it with vegetable oil (if required, it is not necessary for a non-stick coating) and pour the dough into the frying pan in parts (a ladle at a time). Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. When the pancake is ready, remove it from the pan onto a plate and let cool. Also fry the remaining pancakes from the entire batter. I got four thin pancakes.
STEP 5

Boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken breast? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Cool the boiled chicken fillet and separate it into fibers. Place meat in your chosen salad bowl or salad bowl. To make the salad more attractive, it is better to cut the ingredients and add them to the salad in the same shape.
STEP 6

Add the cooled fried onions to the salad bowl with the chicken meat.
STEP 7

Wash the cucumbers and dry with a towel. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and add to the salad bowl. I first cut the cucumber into strips with a vegetable slicer, and then cut the strips into thin strips. If you wish, you can leave a few strips to decorate the salad.
STEP 8

Roll the cooled egg pancakes and cut into thin strips. Gently spread them out. Add the chopped pancakes to the salad. If desired, do not unroll a few strips and leave them to decorate the salad.
STEP 9

Add mayonnaise, salt to taste and, if desired, ground black pepper to the salad. Gently toss the salad. It is better to use salad cutlery or two forks for this so that it remains airy and fluffy.
STEP 10

The finished salad can be served immediately. Garnish it with cucumber and pancake rolls for extra drama. Bon appetit!
