I recently cooked Korean carrots and thought it would be nice to use them as an ingredient in another salad. I found this recipe and prepared a delicious salad) Fresh vegetables go well with boiled eggs and boiled breast, and spicy carrots complement this bouquet of flavors. I liked this combination. I didn’t add salt either; the carrots and mayonnaise were already salted. The products seem to be ordinary, but Korean carrots here give a decisive aftertaste. Beautiful bright salad with excellent taste!
