STEP 1
How to make a salad with chicken breast and Korean carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pre-boil chicken breast fillet and eggs. Wash the vegetables well. Korean-style carrots can be taken ready-made or prepared at home.
STEP 2
How to cook chicken fillet? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Cool the finished fillet, then cut into cubes. There is no need to cut very finely. Let it taste in the salad.

I recommend cutting Korean carrots a little smaller than they are in grated form. But if you like it, you can leave it like that.
STEP 4
Prepare a salad bowl. Combine chicken meat and carrots in Korean style. Cut the cucumber into any pieces and add to the salad. Be sure to taste the cucumber before slicing; a bitter fruit will ruin the taste of the salad.
STEP 5
How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the boiled eggs, chop and add to the salad. Next, finely chop the bell pepper and combine it with the salad.
STEP 6
Add a little mayonnaise and mix well. I don’t salt salads with mayonnaise, but this one also contains salted carrots. But try the salad and salt it to your liking. Cool the finished salad a little before serving. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
