An easy to prepare and very satisfying dish for any table! It takes a minimum of time to prepare, which is important for any girl. Externally, the dish turns out beautiful and bright, which unfortunately did not show up in the photo!

    We prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the meat into medium pieces, the onion into ring quarters.

    Set the meat to "Fry" mode - 20 minutes, put butter and onion on top and fry for a couple of minutes.

    Place the meat on the lightly fried onion and sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasonings (to your taste), I used dry seasonings - for meat and hops-suneli, bay leaf. Fry for up to 20 minutes (15 minutes is possible - check the readiness of the meat).

    While our meat is fried, we begin preparing vegetables and gravy. In a separate bowl, mix milk, finely chopped green onions and a spoonful of flour. The remaining vegetables: potatoes - into quarters, carrots - into half circles.

    When frying the meat is finished, put the potatoes on top of it, add salt (just a little), add potato seasoning (optional) and dry parsley (precisely dry, it will give more flavor).

    Place carrots on top of the potatoes.

    Next, fill half a can of the peas themselves and the juice drained from them.

    Pour milk sauce with green onions on top. Close the lid of the MV and set it to “Stew” mode for 1 hour. Check the readiness of the potatoes and meat. If a lot of liquid appears during the cooking process, then you can remove it; if there is not enough, then add a little hot water. You can also keep the roast on the “Keep Warm” setting for 20 minutes.

I wanted to ask - is pork fillet just the pulp, or do you need a specific part? It seems to me that you can take the neck, if it is not very fatty, this part turns out very soft.
