Quick pie with cabbage aspic

Shred the cabbage thinly.

If your cabbage is young, skip this step. If winter white, pour boiling water over the cabbage, cover and leave for 15 minutes. This will soften it, and it will finish cooking in the pie.

Add flour (it is better to sift, but not critical if you are in a hurry).

Drain the cabbage and add finely chopped dill to it. You can take other greens, or several types of them.

Add salt and mix everything well with your hands. You can wrinkle it a little.

Grease the pie pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the cabbage in an even layer. If there is a lot of juice, squeeze it out and leave it in a bowl.

Place the dough on top and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the pie with sesame seeds.
STEP 15

Bake a quick pie with cabbage in a hurry for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees, check the readiness in the middle with a knife or toothpick (skewer).
