Julia, today I made broccoli quiche according to your recipe. It turned out to be a very tasty pie!!! At home, I really liked the pie, although I’m the only one who likes broccoli))) Thanks to the cream, spices, cheese (grated suluguni), the specific taste of broccoli is almost not felt))) I took a large egg, so I added a couple more spoons of flour to the dough.
