Pork chops in potato batter in a frying pan

STEP 1
Cut the meat into chops. You choose the size. And let's season them with our favorite spices and paprika right now. Feel free to add salt to taste.
STEP 2
And now - to the second key character of this action, the batter. I made it unusual, that is, from several components. So, first I beat in an egg and added a little Dijon mustard to it.
STEP 3
Having mixed everything thoroughly, I rolled the pieces of meat in this mixture, and then put them in cling film. After all, we need to carefully beat the meat, and to the extent that you want it. Imagine how well the meat will be nourished with all this beauty.
STEP 4
And here is another component of my multi-layer blanket called batter. This is a potato. Peel the clean tuber, rinse and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Let the moisture drain, take literally 3-4 minutes for this. Cover the pieces of meat with potatoes.
STEP 6
And then, putting the frying pan with oil on gas, we quickly dump all this beauty in a coarse breading. You can even do this several times.
STEP 7
If the oil is hot, let's put our chops into it as soon as possible. It’s better to do this with your hands so that the original breading doesn’t fall off. Fry over medium heat so that the battered pork chops are thoroughly fried in the pan.
