STEP 1

How to make homemade pizza with pickles, sausage and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions of filling products can be slightly changed to your liking or replaced with something.

To prepare the dough, heat the water until warm (35-39 degrees). Add yeast and salt to the water. In warm water, the yeast will activate faster and start working.
STEP 3

Add egg and vegetable oil. Mix. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Therefore, focus on the consistency of the finished dough.
STEP 4

The pizza dough is soft and pliable. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
STEP 5

While the dough is rising, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Peel and chop the onion (I use red). Cut cucumbers and sausage into slices. Wash and cut the tomato and champignons into slices.
STEP 6

Knead the risen dough, place it on the table and start making pizza.
STEP 7

Roll out the dough into a circle and brush the surface with tomato sauce.
STEP 8

Arrange the mushrooms and sausage. In a separate bowl, mix the egg with mayonnaise and pour over the entire pizza.
STEP 9

Arrange tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Place the pizza in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-17 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 10

The finished pizza can be served immediately. It is very tasty both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
