STEP 1
How to make a pie with ricotta and pear - layered ricotta? Prepare your food. Take high-quality, natural butter, without vegetable fats. Remove it from the refrigerator in advance to allow it to soften. Instead of ricotta, you can use cottage cheese.
STEP 2
Place soft butter in a bowl, add sugar. Beat them with a mixer until a light fluffy mass is obtained.
STEP 3
Continuing to beat, add the egg. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Continue whisking.
STEP 4
Add ricotta in the same way.

And then lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Keep whisking the entire time. Next, add the sifted flour and baking powder. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking. Mix everything. The dough is ready.

Wash the pears well, dry and peel.
STEP 7
Cut them in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pears into slices.
STEP 8
Take a 24cm mold. Cover it with baking paper. Place the pears beautifully in a circle at the bottom.

Place the dough on the pears and smooth it out. Place the pie pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick - it should come out dry from the middle of the pie. The pie itself will brown well.
STEP 10
Remove the pie and let it cool.
STEP 11
When the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan and turn it over.
STEP 12
Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the cake and lightly burn with a torch. Or simply sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
STEP 13
