I saved this recipe for ricotta and pear pie for a long time, but never got around to it. But in vain! After the pie was cooked, there was only one question left! How can you stop and not eat half of it at once?! Moderately sweet, interesting and very, very tender! And it is prepared very quickly and easily. I will definitely cook it many more times. I just had pears and ricotta. I realized that the pie with ricotta and pear was unusual even when kneading the dough; it turned out to be such a delicate and airy consistency, as if it were a bubbling dough of yeast dough. At the same time it is thick. It was interesting what would happen) Before putting the pears in the mold, I sprinkled the parchment with sugar to make the pears sweeter. I spread the dough on top with a spatula, it immediately became clear that the cake would be easy to remove from the mold. And so it happened) I sprinkled sugar mixed with cinnamon on top. The pie dough baked wonderfully, it was porous, soft and tasty. The pears retained their shape and did not fall apart. Overall a great combination of dough and fruit. Tasty and aromatic. The pie is very good, I’ll take note of it and bake it again.

I have long noticed this interesting recipe for pie with ricotta and pear, and then Natalya has a very appetizing photo review... I made it! I did not deviate from the recipe in terms of ingredients. I also took ricotta cheese, it was just in stock))). The dough is prepared quickly, no difficulties arose. I took the pears that were not very soft so that they would hold their shape well after baking. The pie turned out very beautiful and delicious! The tender dough, thanks to the presence of ricotta in it, went perfectly with the aromatic pears. I didn’t sprinkle anything on top of the pie. A very interesting version of the pie. I cooked it with cottage cheese. I put everything according to the recipe (the only thing I did was spread butter and sugar in front of the pears). The pears were hard but sweet. I didn’t sprinkle anything... I just didn’t have time, the pie was gone) very tasty. And it turns out beautiful..
