STEP 1
Cooking pancakes with mayonnaise - link in the description below the steps. The recipe is very simple, you definitely won’t have any difficulties with it.

Next, we prepare the products according to the list - this is all we need to fill the pancakes, which we will later turn into rolls. We will need boiled potatoes. Clean it and boil it in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. You can cut it into 2-3 parts, then it will cook faster. Let the finished potatoes cool down.
STEP 3
Let's prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese and mustard in a deep bowl.
STEP 4
Mix. Three boiled potatoes on a fine grater. We cut the fish into thin strips.
STEP 5
Grease the pancake with a thin layer of curd and cheese mixture.
STEP 6
Place grated potatoes on top.
STEP 7
Pepper and salt everything, evenly distributing the spices over the pancake and at the same time mash the potatoes well with a fork.
STEP 8
Place the fish on the edge of the pancake.
STEP 9
Place green onions and red caviar in the center of the fish.
STEP 10
Roll the pancake into a roll and leave it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
STEP 11
We cut the appetizer into portioned canapé pieces, having previously trimmed off the uneven ends, then tie each one with an onion arrow. Our dish is ready to serve! Now you know how to make spring rolls!
