Omelet with bell peppers, zucchini and tomatoes

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Necessary products. The zucchini should be young, slender, with a tender center.
STEP 2
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the zucchini into slices one centimeter thick. Grease a small mold with vegetable oil. Place the zucchini in it and sprinkle with salt.
STEP 3
Place sweet peppers, cut into strips, on top. Add some salt and sprinkle with spices.
STEP 4
Making an omelette mixture. Lightly beat eggs with sour cream, kefir, sweet paprika and salt. There is no need to beat vigorously, otherwise the omelette will collapse sharply after cooling. Add chopped herbs, flour and mix.
STEP 5
Pour the omelette mixture over the vegetables.
STEP 6
Place tomato slices on top of it, scatter pieces of butter and sprinkle with parsley.
STEP 7
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Look at your oven. The middle should thicken completely.
STEP 8
Remove the finished dish from the oven, cool slightly, cut into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
