I can say that I don’t really eat zucchini at all. But still, it was there and I had a desire to cook it in the oven. After searching the website, I found this exact recipe. I liked its composition, all products are affordable. True, there was no fresh bell pepper available, I took it out of the freezer. The dish is prepared in 10 minutes, the rest of the time is just waiting for it to cook. I cooked it in the evening. Amazing taste, it is important to add fresh herbs. I had dried parsley. I tried to add as little flour as possible - a little more than 1 tbsp. l. Thanks for the recipe. Now I will experiment with zucchini, which simply never happened before)

You've apparently never seen young zucchini. Young ones are small, with delicate, thin skin. What you have in the photo is not young zucchini!!!

But criticizing others on the forum in a rude manner is your calling. Namely, in the photo you can see that the zucchini seeds are large. These don’t happen to young people, as you put it. AND THEIR SIZE SAYS A LOT.
