STEP 1
How to fry broccoli with an egg in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. It is best to take fresh broccoli from a new harvest. It should be a bright green color and the inflorescences should be firm to the touch. If you have frozen cabbage, defrost it in advance and drain the excess liquid. Take large eggs. Vegetable oil can be anything: from inexpensive sunflower oil to elite olive oil, but it must be refined.
STEP 2
Wash the cabbage well. Broccoli inflorescences are quite small; a lot of dirt can accumulate in them, so be careful when washing them. First of all, wash the broccoli with hot water, or even better if you use a special brush and vegetable wash. Divide the cabbage into small florets and remove the stalk.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the broccoli florets in it for 2-3 minutes. If you wish, you can add some spices and seasonings. Chopped garlic cloves, onion cubes, ground paprika, dried dill or thyme are great options.

Wash the eggs well, because the shell contains a huge amount of bacteria. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir with a fork. You don’t have to stir them if you want to leave the yolks whole.
