Gianna Simmons

Memories of childhood are filled with the aromas of my grandmother’s kitchen: fresh bread, herbs and jam, which we prepared with the whole family. These moments taught me that food is not just about satiety, but a way to bring people together. Exploring different cuisines around the world, I discovered an endless wealth of tastes and traditions. My goal is to show that anyone can cook deliciously and with soul, regardless of experience. I believe that the simplicity and accessibility of cooking makes it even more magical, and I hope to inspire you to create your own family traditions in the kitchen.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
