I prepared caviar using this recipe. I had to change the recipe a little (I added a little more tomato (instead of tomato paste) and less mayonnaise), before adding mayonnaise I additionally went through it with an immersion blender again. I’m very pleased with the result, it turned out very tasty, thanks for the recipe 😊
