My mushrooms are universal - champignons, but it can also be any other seasonal mushrooms; you can also use frozen mushrooms, having previously defrosted them. Any cheese is suitable, but preferably not very soft varieties so that it can be used grate.

    Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be any vegetable from sunflower to olive, but preferably refined, because... only refined oils can be heat treated. Place the chopped onion in a frying pan and fry it for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

    Wash the mushrooms well and cut into cubes.

    Add the mushrooms to the pan, add salt so that the mushrooms release excess liquid, and fry for about 15 minutes until crispy. Then cool well.

    Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic. I put it through a press, but you can chop it with a knife or grate it on a fine grater. I also strongly recommend using homemade mayonnaise of your own production; store-bought mayonnaise is not only of no use, it is even harmful to the body. It is entirely acceptable to replace mayonnaise with sour cream or natural yogurt.

    Our salad is layered, let's proceed directly to its preparation. Chicken, if you have raw chicken, boil in salted water for 20 minutes, then cool and cut into small pieces.

    Mix chopped chicken with 1 tbsp garlic mayonnaise.

    Prepare a dish to serve the salad. Place the first layer of chicken with mayonnaise.

    Boil the eggs hard (usually 8 minutes after boiling water), cool the eggs in cold water, peel and chop.

Good combination of products. Without trying it, I'm sure it will turn out delicious. I think it would also be very tasty with peanuts and walnuts. I’ll definitely try it, but first with peanuts (I find them milder in taste). But, in general, this is not a hackneyed option and is definitely worth a try.
