  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes and cheese? Prepare your food. Take the required number of tomatoes. If they are medium in size, then 1-2 pieces will be enough. And if they are small, like mine, then you can take a larger quantity. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into circles.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place tomato slices on a hot frying pan. Fry them for a minute, then turn them over.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Separately, break the required number of eggs into a bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Grate the cheese directly into the bowl using a coarse grater. Stir. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add chopped herbs and a little salt. Any greens will do - your favorite or whatever you have on hand. Pre-wash it, dry it and remove the thick stems.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the egg mixture over the fried tomatoes. Stir a little and cover with a lid. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes until the eggs are completely set. Then turn off the heat and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes until the dish is completely cooked. The finished dish can be served directly in the pan. Or you can carefully place it on a plate and serve. Before serving, sprinkle the scrambled eggs with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!

I love quick, simple and delicious breakfasts. I previously cooked similar scrambled eggs, but I didn’t beat the eggs and sprinkled cheese on top at the end. I decided to try making scrambled eggs with tomatoes and cheese according to your recipe. Making breakfast couldn't be easier and it took me 10 minutes. I didn’t make any changes, I made the dish clearly step by step. The result is amazing! This turned out to be a very tender scrambled egg for breakfast. Incredibly juicy thanks to the tomatoes. Hearty and flavorful due to the cheese. I didn’t add any spices other than salt and pepper. The cheese has a rather rich taste; I chose Dutch hard cheese. The only greenery I had was frozen dill, which I added to the scrambled eggs. And at the end I sprinkled it with chopped garlic, which also added piquancy to the dish. A sumptuous breakfast that can only be complemented with toast. The combination of cheese, tomato and eggs is something! I recommend everyone to try a simple and incredibly tasty breakfast!!!

If breakfast could be called stylish, I would call your dish: “stylish breakfast”)) It looks very fashionable, like in glossy magazines!
