This cabbage, beloved in our country, is included in a huge number of recipes for all occasions, both special and not so special. And you can cook it in a frying pan in a hundred ways, none of which will be a repeat of the other. The whole trick will lie in the technology and methods of cooking, as well as the selection of products and spices for them.
First of all, cabbage can be fried or stewed in a frying pan. Adding a variety of ingredients to it, ranging from sauce or pasta to other vegetables, fruits, cereals, mushrooms, meat and so on. You can do all this with any fat, animal or vegetable, or without it at all (which will be completely tasteless).
For fried cabbage in a frying pan in the easiest way, you will also need: onion, oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste. To ensure that the cabbage initially takes up less space, you can lightly mash it with your hands after shredding. If its fibers are rough, you can lightly tap them with a hammer before slicing. Well, it’s better to take a juicy young head of cabbage with tender leaves. In different recipes for cabbage in a frying pan, the frying process can be described in its own way. But everything is limited to the fact that the chopped vegetable is fried in fat until it changes color and becomes soft. Water is often not used.
