Stew with chicken and potatoes is a very tasty dish! Simple and accessible at any time of the year. The taste with peas is much more interesting than without them (I took canned ones in the store, because I couldn’t find fresh ones anywhere). As for the size of servings... Personally, I need 4 servings for one meal. So, everything is relative. It took me much longer to cook than 30 minutes (albeit for 16 servings, i.e. 4 of mine). Thanks to the author for the idea and wonderful photos!
