How to fry pork in soy sauce in a frying pan? Very easy and simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You need pork without bones, only pulp. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, neck, tenderloin, etc. I have a tender soft tenderloin.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the pork and dry it. Cut into small thin pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a press. You can replace fresh garlic with 1 tsp. dry garlic powder.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stirring, fry the meat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour soy sauce into the pan. Simmer the pork, stirring, for another 5 minutes over medium heat. The pork should be well saturated with sauce on all sides. Instead of regular soy sauce, you can add semi-sweet teriyaki sauce. Then the meat will have a slight sweet taste.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add chopped garlic, paprika, suneli hops and a mixture of freshly ground peppers. Fry everything together, stirring, for another 2 minutes. Be careful when using soy sauce when salting the meat. I usually don't salt dishes that already have soy sauce in them.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Sprinkle the finished pork in soy sauce with fresh herbs and serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!

Cooked pork meat in soy sauce in a frying pan. A very successful and convenient recipe. Pork does not take long to cook, and the addition of soy sauce and spices gives it a spicy taste and aroma. Thanks for the recipe, Maria!

Pork according to this recipe turns out very tasty. It is precisely because the meat is fried with soy sauce that this dish turns out incredibly aromatic and spicy. Since I very often cook dishes adding soy sauce to them, this dish was a hit!!! I recommend everyone try these delicious pieces of pork with black pepper (by the way, I add quite a lot of it to this dish, excluding the paprika).

Pork meat in soy sauce in a frying pan is very tasty!!! The only thing is that I didn’t have green onions, I didn’t buy them because onions weren’t listed in the ingredients, so I cooked without them, it probably would have been even tastier with them. Instead of refined oil, I used sesame oil. Along with the soy sauce, I also decided to add a couple of cloves of chopped garlic. In general, wild delight, I didn’t expect it to turn out so delicious. I will definitely cook this dish again and again.
