    How to make very lazy cabbage rolls with cabbage and rice in a frying pan? To prepare you will need: minced meat, young white cabbage (last year’s cabbage is also suitable), carrots, large onions, Krasnodar round rice, tomato paste, sour cream and spices. You can use any minced meat for cabbage rolls: beef, pork, chicken or mixed. I have a mixture of equal proportions of pork and beef.

    Start by preparing the rice. Since cabbage rolls are very lazy, we won’t cook the rice. Just pour boiling water over it and leave to brew for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, start preparing the remaining ingredients.

    The cabbage rolls will turn out very, very lazy, because we will not cut all the ingredients with a knife, but will chop them with a blender or use a meat grinder. Grind the cabbage, carrots and onions in this way. Minced meat really loves onions; the larger the onion, the juicier and tastier the cabbage rolls will be.

    The rice is already swollen. Drain the rice. Combine all ingredients.

    Add salt, ground black pepper and knead the minced meat well.

    Form the cabbage rolls by wetting your hands with cold water. I got 90-100 grams each. To ensure that the cabbage rolls were uniform, I used a kitchen scale when shaping.

    Lightly fry the cabbage rolls on both sides over high heat, literally two minutes on each side, just until golden brown.

    Prepare the filling. Place tomato paste and sour cream in a blender glass. You can add more sour cream, it will be even tastier. But it’s better not to get carried away with tomato paste; two tablespoons are enough.

    Add a glass of water, a little salt and mix for a few seconds using a blender. The blender very quickly makes a filling of a homogeneous consistency.

    Pour over the cabbage rolls, add bay leaf.

    Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the lazy cabbage rolls for 15-20 minutes.

Where there is the word “lazy”, then I already like it in advance. So I’ve prepared this recipe more than once. They differ from classic cabbage rolls in their incredible juiciness and tenderness. The pouring sauce is simply wonderful, so I always make more, then you can savor it separately! Lazy cabbage rolls perfectly combine meat, vegetables, and grains. The cabbage rolls were formed easily; you didn’t even have to wet your hands in water. There was no sour cream for pouring, so I took 2 tablespoons of milk powder, mixed them with tomato paste and diluted them with hot boiled water. The end result was a delicious full dinner!
