Mannik with bananas on kefir is a very tasty pie made from a minimum of ingredients. And the smell of bananas is simply wonderful. And it's easy to prepare. I really liked it! I didn’t decorate the top with anything, because... I needed a quick pie for tea. Banana manna helped us out. Thanks for the recipe.

I still decided to add bananas the old fashioned way, before baking. And I simply decorated it with fresh ones on top. This kind of manna with kefir and bananas is somehow more familiar to me. My cream is whipped cream with powdered sugar. They spread out on me, unfortunately, I couldn’t whip them to peaks, something went wrong. In any case, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the recipe, it’s in my cookbook!
