Tasty and tender! I did everything exactly according to the recipe. I baked mannik for the first time, because I needed something for breakfast, and there was nothing but semolina made from cereals. I was too lazy to go to the store and decided to try baking. Thanks for the recipe!

Good for all! Thanks to the author for the recipe Mannik without flour in milk with classic oven, the whole family is very happy. My child does not eat milk porridge at all. Yesterday I devoured manna with milk with pleasure; in the morning, when I took manna with me for lunch, he declared: “Mom, this is my pie!” I am very pleased with the recipe, thank you very much!!!! I prepared this dish for the first time, I tried to cook it gram by gram as in the recipe, but perhaps with errors. My habit of sprinkling on my eyes is taking its toll 🤭. I soaked it in condensed milk, still hot straight from the oven, diluted with a little hot boiled water, and poured it directly on top of the manna, about 50-80 milliliters. I'm delighted, next time I want to make sour cream with frozen lingonberries.

I made manna according to your recipe and it worked! I really liked the dough, it’s so tender, soft, at the same time it holds well and the crumb doesn’t crumble. I added lemon zest for aroma, in the photo the small piece that was left, the family snapped it up :)

I cooked manna for the first time. It turned out to be a very pleasant, not cloying, but sweet dessert, slightly crumbly, with a thick crispy crust. It crunches even when you just run a spoon over it! The smell is unobtrusive, slightly floury and eggy, with caramel notes. Despite the fact that the sweetness is not very pronounced, I don’t want to add anything. It’s a bit like charlotte, but without the apples, which I think is simply delicious! Also, manna, despite all its tenderness and crumbliness in the mouth, is dense enough to easily take it on the road or for a child’s snack. It’s not very convenient to eat with utensils because of the thick crust, but it’s just perfect for your hands: it doesn’t leave behind any stickiness or grease, just a few crumbs. It does not crumble in your hands and holds its shape well.

The mannik turned out very tasty. For the first time I baked manna with milk, it turned out to be no worse than with kefir. Many thanks to the author for the recipe. I will definitely add this recipe to myself and delight my family with delicious and tender manna.
