Mannik made with butter and kefir with pumpkin pieces

The manna is simple, the taste of pumpkin is not felt so clearly in it. Manna with pumpkin has a dense structure, the dough is quite heavy, so it is necessary to use baking powder. You can add more pumpkin, you can also add a few more raisins, fresh or frozen berries. The fat content of kefir does not matter much.

The version with pumpkin is unfamiliar to me, but the manna with apples is first-class!

Mannik with pumpkin pleasantly surprised me. I don’t really like the bright taste of pumpkin, but in this manna, pumpkin reminds me of itself just a little. I made a few changes to the recipe on my own. Replaced butter with vegetable oil (6 tablespoons and another 1.5 teaspoons). I used less sugar, 120 grams. Instead of kefir I used sour milk. I baked the manna in a springform pan with a diameter of 25 cm for 50 minutes. The manna with pumpkin turned out lush, quite dense, but at the same time soft. I repeat once again that the taste of pumpkin is very light, almost imperceptible. Thank you very much for the recipe! This manna is just right for a cozy autumn tea party.

I just registered on the site and this is such a great recipe! Everything worked out! The pie is eaten to the last piece. My husband said I needed to add a little more pumpkin. Next time we'll look and take a photo, otherwise I just didn't have time
