Lavash pie with zucchini and feta cheese in the oven

STEP 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 2
Grate the cheese, add 3 eggs and 1 white, and leave the yolk for greasing the pie.
STEP 3
Finely chop the dill, add spices and chopped garlic.
STEP 4
Mix everything well.
STEP 5
It is good to squeeze out the liquid that has formed from the zucchini - you should get a dry mass.
STEP 6
Add the mixture with feta cheese and spices to your taste to the zucchini, mix.
STEP 7
Grease the mold with oil, lay out the pita bread so that the edges hang down. Grease with oil.
STEP 8
We place the second pita bread across it so that there are also free edges. Grease with oil. Add the zucchini mixture.
STEP 9
Cover the mixture with the free edges of the pita bread. Grease with oil, yolk, sprinkle flax seeds or sesame seeds on top.
STEP 10
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 170 degrees. Allow the cake to cool in the pan and then carefully transfer to a plate.
STEP 11
The pie turns out very juicy inside and with a crispy crust on top.
