Kharcho soup in a slow cooker turned out to be just as tasty as prepared in the traditional way in a saucepan on the stove. The soup turned out to be moderately piquant and spicy. I cooked for six servings, but with one liter of water instead of two, since the volume of my multicooker bowl is one liter. Therefore, the soup turned out to be quite thick. I didn’t have Tkemali sauce; instead I put green adjika. Thanks to her, the soup acquired a greenish tint. Instead of tomato paste I used ketchup. Whole grain flour was replaced with regular premium wheat flour. Thank you very much for the recipe! Lunch turned out great!

2 liters of water is not enough for 8 servings!
