Kharcho soup in a slow cooker

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients

Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan

Grind using a blender, or preferably in a mortar

Crush the allspice with the flat side of a knife.

Add allspice and garlic to the walnuts and puree. I repeat - it’s better to do this in a mortar
STEP 6

Wash the beef and cut into portions
STEP 7

Cut the onion into quarter rings
STEP 8

Set the multicooker to “Roasting” mode for 20 minutes.
STEP 9

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the onion, fry for 7 minutes.
STEP 10

While the onion is frying, wash the rice at the same time.

And after 7 minutes...

...add the beef to the onion, stir and fry for another 10 minutes

In the meantime, dilute the flour with a little water. I advise you to use whole grain wheat flour or even better corn flour.

Stir so that there are no lumps

After 10 minutes, add flour and water, fry for another 1 minute.

Then add tomato paste, mix and fry for 2 minutes until the end of the program

Add tkemali to the bowl

Chopped walnuts with garlic and allspice

Pour 2 liters of water and add spices: suneli hops and red hot ground pepper are suitable for kharcho, chili pepper is suitable instead
