Jellied pie with fish on kefir

So delicious that you can't get by with just one piece! Even a novice housewife can prepare a jellied fish pie with kefir, especially since it requires the most ordinary ingredients. The process can be further accelerated if you use canned fish, but fresh fish will make the pie tastier and more aromatic.

We buy salmon trimmings, usually just stew them. But you always want variety, and this time we baked a jellied fish pie with kefir. The dough is very simple and quick to prepare. Everything is simply mixed and the result is a homogeneous dough with the consistency of thick sour cream. Well, I didn’t have to tinker with the filling for long; I cut the fish into cubes and sautéed the chopped onions until translucent. I did not cook the fish until it was ready, but only warmed it slightly so that the filling was juicier. I sprinkled it with lemon juice to neutralize the smell and added a couple of spoons of sour cream. I kneaded the dough based on 4 eggs, i.e. Serves 12 to make a large pie. I baked it in a tin with a diameter of 30 cm, lined with parchment. After 40 minutes the pie was ready. It turned out very tasty! It is so soft, tender and the filling is simply wonderful. I’ve never added sour cream to fish before, it turns out it’s very harmonious and there’s no strong fishy taste or smell. And most importantly, it’s very easy and quick to prepare! Thanks a lot!

Great recipe! Actually, I just made it with canned food. but it looks like I’ll decide to process fish. Simple, easy, delicious! I didn't have enough salt - you can add a little to the dough. and the kefir was just from the refrigerator.

I really love jellied pies with this recipe. It will be tastier if instead of one glass of kefir you add 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of kefir. Try it!
