STEP 1
How to bake jellied pie with fresh fish using kefir? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the filling. Instead of pollock, you can take any fish, you can even use river fish, it will turn out even tastier, but you will have to tinker with it to remove all the small bones. Take sour cream with a high percentage of fat content, it will turn out tastier.
STEP 2
Clean the fish, gut it and boil it in salted water with bay leaf and peppercorns for 20 minutes. Cool the fish, separate the flesh from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Green onions will perfectly complement the taste of the fish filling. If you don’t have it on hand, you can use regular onion. Wash the green onions, dry with paper towels and finely chop with a knife.
STEP 4
Place the prepared fish, green onions, salt, ground black pepper to taste and sour cream in a deep bowl. Mix the filling thoroughly.
STEP 5
Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance; it should be at room temperature. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add salt. Using a whisk or mixer, beat the ingredients until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency. Pour in kefir at room temperature and stir.

Pour the remaining dough on top; the filling should be completely covered with it. Bake the pie for about 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. The exact time depends on your oven. You can check readiness with a toothpick - insert it into the middle of the pie and immediately remove it. If it is dry, then the cake is ready.
