I read a lot that sea bream is too tasty and healthy, so I decided to try it to see if this is really true.) I bought fish today and after finding your recipe, I decided to try it. You know, it turned out delicious! Only it didn’t take me 45 minutes to prepare, but it’s worth it. Thanks for the recipe! I wish you success and look forward to new delicious recipes.

Thanks LANA for your comment. Glad you liked the recipe. You are absolutely right, the fish turns out amazing, tender, and very tasty. Dorado is a really healthy fish, due to its low calorie content and easily digestible protein. And the cooking time may be a little more or less, it depends on the size of the fish itself.

Olya, how delicious! This is exactly how you should cook baked vegetables with fish, fry them first, otherwise everything will taste damp and not have such a baked and pleasant taste. I really don’t know such a fish, is it bony, does it look like a carp? White wine also perfectly improves the taste of the fish, thanks, I’ll look for this particular fish.

Dear Shurochka, this fish has other names, for example Golden spar, or sparus, or aurata (lat. Sparus aurata) - sea crucian carp. The taste is reminiscent of the taste of sea wolf. Therefore, they are interchangeable in any recipes. And the dorada itself can be prepared in absolutely any way or even eaten raw, with any side dishes and almost any sauces. (I read this on Wikipedia). But the recipe I gave can be called universal, since you can use absolutely any fish instead of sea bream. So, cook for your health!
