For a long time now I have had a weakness for simple recipes with wonderful results!)) Well, just one or two and you’re done! This jellied pie recipe falls into this category! Basically, I took this recipe as a basis, may the author forgive me, prepared it from the products that were on hand yesterday at 11:00 pm))) “I made it from what I had...” The result is a magnificent fish pie .Now about the substitutions (by the way, I made half a portion, and you must agree, such substitutions do not harm the recipe) Saira = Tuna Potatoes = Fresh cabbage Mayonnaise = Curd cheese I chopped the cabbage thinly, put it in a colander and poured boiling water over it. Then, like water flowing down, I mixed it with the fish, salt and pepper. Next time I promise to make it according to the original recipe, with potatoes and I won’t forget to add herbs! The photo shows that the top layer got less dough, but what a crust!!
