Delicious jellied pie with sour cream and fish
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare the dough, break 5 chicken eggs into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon. l. salt and beat thoroughly.
STEP 2
Add 250 g to the eggs. sour cream.
STEP 3
Add 250 gr. mayonnaise.
STEP 4
Mix well again.
STEP 5
Sift 250 g through a sieve. flour.
STEP 6
Add 10 g. (no more) baking powder.
STEP 7
Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 8
Place two cans of saury in a bowl and mash the fish thoroughly with a fork.
STEP 9
Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
STEP 10
Finely chop the onion and place in a separate bowl.
STEP 11
Chop the green onions, dill and parsley very finely.
STEP 12
Add the greens to the bowl with the onions.
STEP 13
Mix well.
STEP 14
Grease the inside of a convenient container with butter.
STEP 15
Place half of the prepared dough and level it with a spoon.
STEP 16
Place half of the potatoes on the dough in a thin, even layer, add salt and black pepper to taste. Spread the greens and onions over the potatoes in an even layer.

The next layer is to evenly distribute the saury.
STEP 18
Cover the saury with a layer of the remaining greens, on which we place the potatoes, pepper and salt to taste.
STEP 19
Spread the second part of the dough on top in an even layer.
STEP 20
Level the dough thoroughly with a spoon and place our dish in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
STEP 21
We take the finished pie out of the oven, grease it with butter on top and cover it with a napkin for 15 minutes to cool.
STEP 22
