Cutlets with quail eggs and mushroom sauce in the oven

STEP 1
We prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing festive meat cutlets with gravy.
STEP 2
Place five hundred grams of minced meat in a deep bowl according to your taste and desire.
STEP 3
Finely chop one onion.
STEP 4
Place the chopped onions in a bowl with minced meat.
STEP 5
Grate one medium carrot on a fine grater.
STEP 6
Place the grated carrots in a bowl with the minced meat and onions.
STEP 7
Break one chicken egg into a common bowl.
STEP 8
Pour salt and a mixture of black and red peppers into a bowl to taste.
STEP 9
Add cinnamon and coriander to the bowl to taste.
STEP 10
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.

We make cutlets of the required size from the prepared minced meat.

Place one boiled and peeled quail egg on each cutlet, then cover it with minced meat.

Form cutlets with eggs inside to the desired size.

Dredge the formed cutlets well in flour.

While stirring, fry the mushrooms on a high temperature stove for about four minutes.

Pour salt to taste into the pan, add a little dill, a finely chopped clove of garlic and mix all the ingredients.

Pour two hundred and fifty grams of 10% cream into the pan with mushrooms.

Add bay leaf and a mixture of black and red peppers to the frying pan to taste, mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil, then turn off the stove and remove the frying pan from the stove.

Place the fried cutlets from the frying pan into a baking dish.

Sprinkle the top of the cutlets with finely grated hard cheese.

Place the prepared mushroom sauce into the mold and place it in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for twenty-five to thirty minutes.

After time has passed, we take out the pan with the cooked cutlets in mushroom sauce from the oven.
