Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place it in a warm place for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl, then put forty grams of softened butter into it.

Mix the egg and butter well together in a bowl.

We continue to collect the dough in the bowl with our hands and knead it thoroughly.

Grease the dough in a bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil and put it in a warm place for forty minutes to proof.

Place the frying pan on the stove and put sixty grams of butter in it, then pour half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar into it and turn on the stove to high temperature.

Place five hundred grams of finely shredded cabbage in a frying pan.

Place half of the carrots, grated on a coarse grater, into the frying pan.

Mix the carrots with cabbage and simmer on the highest heat on the stove for about five minutes.

Add a finely chopped clove of garlic to the pan, dry herbs to taste and a mixture of red and black peppers.

Pour fifty milliliters of milk into the frying pan.

Mix all the ingredients in the frying pan and reduce the temperature of the stove to medium, close the frying pan with a lid and continue to simmer the vegetables for about seven minutes.

Place the cooked cabbage in a bowl and add two finely chopped hard-boiled chicken eggs to it. If you don't want to add eggs, just skip this step.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and the pie filling is ready.

After some time, place the dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour and knead it, then cut it into two unequal parts.

Knead most of the dough, then roll it out to a thin flat cake.

Place the cake in the mold and spread it evenly on the sides.

Sprinkle the flatbread in the pan with a small amount of breadcrumbs.

Place the prepared cabbage and eggs filling on the flatbread and distribute it in an even layer.

Knead and roll out the second part of the dough to a thin flat cake, which we then place in the mold on top of the filling.

We adhere well to each other and collect the edges of the cakes.

We make arbitrary cuts on top of the pie using scissors and a hole in the middle, after which we place it in a warm place for thirty minutes to proof.

After proofing, brush the cake with egg yolk, beaten with a small amount of milk.

Place the pan in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees and bake the pie for about 40-45 five minutes until golden brown. The times are approximate, be guided by the features of your oven. Read more about ovens at the end of this recipe.

After time has passed, remove the pan from the oven and place the prepared pie on a cutting board, then cut it into portions.
