Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

The cake turns out fluffy and golden.

  17. STEP 17

I know a version of jellied pie with cabbage where sour cream and milk are used instead of kefir.

A recipe for cabbage pie for the lazy in the oven in aspic caught my attention. I prepared the dough from milk and added soda slaked with fruit vinegar when kneading. I finely chopped the cabbage, sprinkled it with salt and mashed it with my hands so that it released juice. I also added dried parsley to the cabbage, stirred and my filling was ready. I did not add nori sheets. I placed 1/2 of the dough into a mold greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour, followed by the filling and the remaining dough. I did not sprinkle with sesame seeds. I baked it until lightly browned. The pie turned out rich and surprisingly juicy, I really liked it. It's really easy to prepare. Good recipe!

Thank you very much for the recipe! I prepared it strictly according to the recipe, only without nori! The dough is very tender, melts in your mouth. Please tell me why my jellied pies always don’t settle much when cooling? I wish you all the best
