Cabbage pie for the lazy in the oven aspic

STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients.
STEP 2
Melt the butter and cool.
STEP 3
Sift flour and baking soda into a mixing bowl.
STEP 4
Add kefir and butter to the flour.
STEP 5
Add salt and sugar there.
STEP 6
Mix well and the dough is ready.
STEP 7
Tear the sheets of nori into squares of approximately 15 mm. This is an optional ingredient, but it is nori that gives the pie its fishy flavor.
STEP 8
Shred the cabbage, add salt and crush it with your hands. If you have tough winter cabbage, simmer it a little in a frying pan and cool, or better yet, use Chinese cabbage in winter for these pies.
STEP 9
Add chopped green onions to the cabbage and stir. The filling is ready.
STEP 10
Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
STEP 11
Place half of the dough and smooth it out.
STEP 12
Place the cabbage on top and smooth it out.
STEP 13
Place nori on top in an even layer.
STEP 14
Fill with the remaining dough and smooth out.
STEP 15
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 16
The cake turns out fluffy and golden.
STEP 17
Cool the pie slightly (or completely) and serve.
