    While the dough sits, prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and mix with minced meat. Salt, pepper, add thyme, 50 milliliters of water and mix well. We put it in the refrigerator.

    Divide the dough into four parts and roll into long ropes, 1.2 millimeters thick. Grease with melted butter and roll into rolls. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.

    Take it out of the refrigerator and roll it out, also 1.2 millimeters thick. Spread the minced meat all over the dough, leaving the far and one outer edge empty.
