Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 2 hr
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

To prepare the chocolate layer, place the butter in a small saucepan, place it on the heat and melt.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Add the broken chocolate to it and stir until it is completely dissolved. The melted chocolate should mix completely with the butter. Cool the chocolate mass.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then, in a separate bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and beat them a little.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add flour and soda. Mix the mixture.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Next add the chocolate mixture. Mix everything well.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Line a baking dish (22 cm) with baking paper. Place the chocolate dough into the mold. It should be quite thick.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The curd layer can be prepared in the same bowl in which the chocolate mixture was mixed (this is convenient so as not to smear unnecessary dishes). Combine the eggs with cottage cheese, sugar, starch and vanillin. Mix well.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Spread the finished curd mass over the top of the chocolate layer.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Spread the cherries over the entire surface and press them a little into the dough. Cherries can be used frozen. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

The finished brownie should have a slightly moist chocolate center. And when removed from the oven, the curd layer will seem liquid. Therefore, leave the brownie in the pan until it cools completely. When the main heat comes out, you can put it in the refrigerator.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

If desired, the proportions of the curd layer can be reduced. Then it will be more chocolatey. But this is up to your taste!

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Enjoy your tea!

Brownies are chocolate cake bars that began to be made in America. They should have a dry crust and a gooey, moist filling, to which you add any chopped nuts, cookies, fresh fruit or candied fruits, you can even add pieces of white chocolate. But I don’t know about cottage cheese being included in the filling. But I think it should also turn out very tasty.

Your brownie is simply delicious, you put everything delicious into it - chocolate, cherries, cottage cheese, multi-layered alternating execution, all these sequential techniques gave such an unsurpassed result, I admire your skill and creativity, you are simply smart! Thank you, incredibly beautiful and delicious!

Simply a great recipe. You should definitely try it, but I won’t add sour cream, but I will add nuts. IIM27, I think it’s unlikely that chocolate and candied fruits add chewiness to this pie, but cottage cheese can.

Awesome recipe! I didn’t have cherries - I made it with frozen strawberries. Still, everyone at home was delighted.
