STEP 1
To prepare Bavarian-style pork entrecotes with vegetables, we prepare the necessary products with spices.
STEP 2
Lightly beat with a hammer well-washed and dried on a napkin pieces of pork on the bone up to four centimeters thick and pierce them with a fork in many places.
STEP 3
Prepare the marinade and pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl, then squeeze three cloves of garlic through a press.
STEP 4
Add one teaspoon of rosemary to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 5
Pour one teaspoon of coriander into a mortar and crush it well with a pestle.

Add one teaspoon of salt to the mortar.

Add a little hop-suneli to the mortar and grind all the spices well in the mortar.
