Step-by-step preparation

How to bake a classic American pumpkin pie? Add salt to the flour and chop the cold butter together with the flour.
STEP 2

Add cold water with lemon juice.
STEP 3

Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 4

Roll it out

Bake for 12 minutes with a load in an oven preheated to 200° and 6 minutes without a load.

Grate fresh pumpkin and simmer in a frying pan until tender and the liquid has evaporated, adding salt during the process.

Add eggs, condensed milk, spices and mix.
